Yes, privacy and trust are our absolute priorities. All clinical case files, intake details, and communications are secured with strict encryption. Your personal records are never shared with any employer, family member, or third party without your explicit consent.
Once you schedule a time, you will receive a secure video conference link (such as Zoom or Google Meet) via email. At the scheduled time, you simply click the link on your phone, tablet, or laptop. We recommend using headphones and sitting in a quiet, private room.
Our wellness coordinator will call you to briefly discuss the concerns you'd like to work on (e.g. stress, relationships). We will ask about your schedule, and check therapist preferences (such as gender or language) to pair you with the clinical counselor on our team who best fits your needs.
Counselling is not solely for clinical crises. Many individuals attend therapy to work through career transitions, build mindfulness routines, establish healthy life boundaries, or explore self-reflection. It is an investment in proactive, preventive self-development.
